A8 Check Circuit 8 (W/P) For Short to Ground

- Turn ignition switch to the OFF position.

- Disconnect breakout box cable 22-pin connector from anti-lock brake control module.

- Using Rotunda 73 Digital Multimeter 105-R0051, or equivalent set to ohms, check resistance of pin 15 at breakout box to known good ground.

- Is resistance less than 10K ohms?

YES -- Service circuit 8 (W/P) for short to ground. Restore vehicle. Clear all DTCs. Retest system.

NO -- Go to A9. A9 Check Readout Using NGS
