KM15 - No A/C Cutout at WOT: Check VPWR to WAC Relay

- Disconnect harness from Wide Open Throttle A/C Cut-Off (WAC) relay.

- Key "ON" engine "OFF".

- Measure voltage between VPWR circuit at the WAC relay vehicle harness connector and chassis ground.

- Is voltage greater than 10.5 volts?

Yes -- Go to KM16.

No -- Service open in VPWR circuit between Electronic Engine Controls (EEC) power relay and WAC relay. Reconnect all components. Re-evaluate symptom.
