Accelerator Cable Bracket

Accelerator Pedal And Linkage:

REMOVAL and INSTALLATION

1. Remove the accelerator cable and speed control cable mounting bracket retaining screws. Remove the Throttle Valve (TV) cable from the engine bracket using a 17mm wrench. Place on hex portion of plastic moulded fitting and turn.

2. Remove the bolts retaining the accelerator cable mounting bracket to the engine.

3. Remove the cables from the mounting bracket. Remove the bracket.

4. To Install, reverse removal procedure and tighten mounting bracket bolts to 14-20 Nm (10-15 lb ft).
