AIS1 - Check Accelerator Cable Freedom of Travel

^ Key Off.

^ Disconnect accelerator cable and speed control cable from throttle body linkage.

^ Inspect cables for freedom of travel from accelerator pedal and speed control assembly to throttle body linkage cable connector.

^ Does cable travel freely?

YES -- Go to AIS2. AIS2 - Verify Throttle Plate Screw Setting

NO -- Service accelerator cable or speed control cable as necessary.
