FF9 Check Pump Motor Operation

- Reconnect pump motor relay to pump and wire harness.

- Jumper pins 15 and 60 at breakout box.

- Does pump motor run?

YES -- Replace controller.

NO -- Go to FF10. FF10 Check Circuit 539
