FF1 DTC 63

NOTE: The ABS module will check the pump motor speed sensor by running the pump motor for approximately one-half second each time the ignition switch is switched ON and the vehicle speed reaches 30 km/h (19 mph).

- Turn ignition switch OFF.

Anti-Lock Module:

- Disconnect anti-lock brake wiring plug from anti-lock brake control module.

Break Out Box:

- Connect 60-pin Rotunda Breakout Box 014-00322 with Anti-Lock Brake Adapter T90P-50-ALA or equivalent to the anti-lock brake wiring plug harness.

- Check resistance between breakout box pins 31 and 49.

- Is resistance between 5 and 100 ohms?

YES -- Go to FF3. FF3 Check Motor Speed Sensor Short to Battery +

NO -- Go to FF2. FF2 Check Pump Motor Speed Sensor
