KF25 - Low Speed or High Speed Cooling Fan Always On

NOTE: Verify that A/C is off during testing.

- Is cooling fan always on with key off, but operating normally with key "ON"?

Yes -- Verify that ignition relay contacts are not always closed. If OK, check circuit from ignition relay to fan relays for short to B(+).

No -- Go to KF26. KF26 - Check For LFC Relay Always Closed
