Parts Requirement And Return
A replacement air bag module may be obtained at no charge by calling TRW on 1-800-879-2328. When calling this number, be prepared to give the following information:

^ Safety Recall Number 95S01
^ Vin Number
^ Telephone number of contact person at the dealership
^ Shipping Address
^ Contact person to whom Air bag module should be sent

Parts Return
Air bag modules must be returned, freight prepaid, to TRW:

A return shipping label will be included in the shipping carton. Attach a copy of the freight receipt to your copy of the 1864 form.

NOTE:
Driver Side Air Bag Modules must be returned within 5 working days of receipt of the replacement module to avoid a potential charge of $405.61 on the Dealer's Payment Statement.

Ford Motor Company will pay for rental cars until the new air bag arrives and installed, except for fuel, which will be at owner's expense. Dealers must stay within ESP guidelines of $25.00 a day.
