Wide Open Throttle (WOT) A/C Relay

PURPOSE
When the vehicle operator goes to Wide Open Throttle (WOT), the Wide Open Throttle A/C (WOT A/C) relay opens, suspending A/C operation until normal vehicle operation resumes. This is done to allow maximum power to the drive wheels under heavy acceleration or load.
