Cooling Fan High Speed Relay
OPERATIONThe Cooling Fan High Speed Relay supplies power to high speed cooling fan when engaged. If engine coolant temperature reaches 221 degrees F, the Fan Coolant Temperature Switch closes, grounding the Cooling Fan High Speed Relay coil. The Relay contacts close and current flows through the Cooling Fan High Speed Relay and the Electric Cooling Fan to ground; the Electric Cooling Fan runs.
