Fuel Pump Pickup Filter: Service and Repair

WARNING:DO NOT smoke or carry an open flame of any type when working on or near any fuel related component. DO NOT work on any fuel related components when the engine is hot. DO NOT allow excess fuel from the fuel filter or lines to contact any engine or exhaust components. This may cause the fuel to be ignited, resulting in fire and personal injury.





The Fuel Pump Pickup Filter is part of the Fuel Pump Assembly and replaced as a unit. For service and repair information refer to Fuel Pump/ Service and Repair/ Procedures.
