With Manufacturer's Scan Tool

1. Connect Rotunda Super STAR II Tester 007-0041B to the data link connector with Rotunda Super MECS Adapter 007-00052.
2. Key ON.
3. Output diagnostic trouble codes using tester.
4. After first code is repeated, depress the brake pedal 10 times at intervals of less than (1) second.
5. Key OFF.
6. Disconnect the tester from the data link connector.

NOTES:
- The anti-lock brake warning indicator should illuminate while performing memory cancel.
- When memory cancel operation is completed, the anti-lock brake warning indicator should illuminate for 2-3 seconds, then go OFF.
- After memory cancel, the anti-lock brake control module performs self-diagnosis.
- Memory is not canceled by disconnecting the battery.
- Memory codes cannot be canceled if the following occur:
a. Intervals for depressing the brake pedal exceed one (1) second.
b. Stoplamp miniature bulb or Brake ON/OFF (BOO) switch has malfunctioned.
