A1 - Check Harness and A Pillar Limit Switch Closed Position

^ Remove access cover over the motor of the side to be checked.

^ Rotate the motor by hand so that the transport is somewhere in between both ends of track but at least three inches from either end of track.

^ With the Rotunda Digital Multimeter 105-00050 or equivalent, measure resistance between pins of mating connector for the passive restraint module:

- Driver side between pins 5 (circuit 862, BR/Y) and 24 (circuit 875, BK/LB).

- Passenger side between pins 23 (circuit 874, GY) and 24 (circuit 875, BK/LB).

^ Is resistance greater than 10 ohms?

YES -- Go to A3. A3 - Check A-Pillar Limit Switch Closed Position

NO -- Go to A2. A2 - Check Harness and A-Pillar Limit Switch Open Position
