Passive Restraint System (Motorized Seat Belts)

1. Remove plug at shoulder belt retainer anchor cover, then disconnect belt anchor at retainer.
2. Remove console attaching screws, then armrest, if equipped.

Retractor:

3. Disengage shoulder harness opening bezel from console.
4. Remove shoulder belt retractor.
5. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Cycle shoulder belts to B-pillar prior to reinstalling belt anchor to belt retainer.
b. Tighten shoulder belt retaining bolts to 8-12 ft lb.
c. Tighten retractor to floor brace retaining bolts to 23-29 ft lb.
