Drive Belt

Motorized Seat Belt System:

REMOVAL
1. Remove track assembly from vehicle.
2. Remove two screws retaining front A-pillar switch bracket to track assembly.

Upper Anchor Assembly:

3. Carefully slide shoulder belt retainer forward off track. Drive belt should slide out of track with shoulder belt retainer.
4. Remove shoulder belt retainer from drive belt.

INSTALLATION
1. Lubricate track assembly with Lithium/Teflon Grease part No. E7FZ-19590-A, or equivalent.
2. Insert drive belt at front of track A-pillar.
3. Install retainer into large slot at front end of tape.
4. Slide drive belt at rear of track until end is approximately 1/2 inch in the upper track slot.
5. Install limit switch and track assembly, noting the following:
a. Apply Threadlock and Sealer E0AZ-19554-AA, or equivalent, to limit switch retaining screws.
b. Tighten A-pillar limit switch retaining screws to 5-8 ft lb.
