FF21 - Determine If the PCM Can Identify A Closed Circuit

- Key "OFF".

- Disconnect Power Steering Pressure (PSP) switch.

- Jumper PSP circuit of PSP vehicle harness connector to chassis ground or SIG/RTN.

- Run Key On Engine Off (KOEO) Self-Test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)

- Is Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 519 present?

Yes -- Remove jumper. Go to FF23. FF23 - Check PSPS State W/Key On Engine Off Vs. Engine Running

No -- Remove jumper. Go to FF22. FF22 - Check Continuity of PSPS Circuit
