Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair

1. Remove intake manifold from cylinder head.
2. Remove bolts and exhaust manifold from engine.

3. Reverse procedure to install.
4. Torque exhaust manifold bolts in two steps and in sequence shown, first to 5-7 ft lb, then to 20-30 ft lb.
