DD21 - Check Solenoid VPWR Circuit

- Key "ON", engine "OFF".

- Solenoid disconnected.

- Measure voltage between battery negative post and VPWR circuit at the solenoid vehicle harness connector.

- Is voltage greater than 10.5 volts?

Yes -- Go to DD22. DD22 - Check Solenoid Circuit Continuity

No -- Service open circuit. Reconnect solenoid. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
