Fresh Air/Recirculation Actuator

REMOVAL
1. Lower the glove compartment door to provide access to the recirculating duct assembly.
2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the end of the vacuum control motor.

Heater And A/C Inlet Door Actuator:

3. Remove the vacuum control motor arm retainer from the door crank arm.
4. Remove the two nuts retaining the vacuum control motor to recirculating duct and remove the vacuum control motor.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the vacuum control motor to the heater and the A/C air inlet duct crank arm. Position the vacuum control motor to the recirculating duct and install the two retaining nuts.
2. Install the retainer on the door crank arm.
3. Connect the white vacuum hose to the vacuum control motor and check the operation of the vacuum control motor.
4. Lift the glove compartment into position.
