Camshaft: Service and Repair

1. Remove engine from vehicle.
2. Remove intake manifold.
3. Remove lifters.
4. Remove front cover and timing chain.
5. Remove oil pan.
6. Remove camshaft from front of engine, ensuring not to damage bearings or lobes.
7. Reverse procedure to install, lubricating cam lobes and bearings with suitable assembly lubricant before assembling.
