TB6 - Check KPWR Through TCIL Circuit

- Key "ON", engine "OFF".

- Breakout box installed, Powertrain Control Module (PCM) disconnected.

- Measure voltage between test pin 55 and test pin 40/60 at the breakout box.

- Is voltage greater than 10.5 volts?

Yes -- Replace PCM. Remove breakout box. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)

No -- Go to TB7. TB7 - Check Output Driver Signal
