B10 - Check Continuity GND Circuit Between PWR Relay And CCRM

- Key "OFF".

- Electronic Engine Controls (EEC) power relay disconnected.

- Disconnect Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM).

- Measure resistance between GND circuit at the EEC power relay vehicle harness connector and Pin 9 of the CCRM vehicle harness connector.

- Is resistance less than 5.0 ohms?

Yes -- Go to B11. B11 - Check Ground Circuit Continuity In CCRM

No -- Service open GND circuit between EEC power relay and CCRM. Remove breakout box. Reconnect all components. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
