Ignition Control Module: Service and Repair

Ignition Control Module:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect Ignition Control Module (ICM) electrical connector.
3. Remove the two module retaining screws and remove the module.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the module to the inner fender apron.
2. Install the retaining screws and tighten to 24-35 lb. in. (3-4 N-m).
3. Connect the module electrical connector.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
