NOTE:
Operation code B86A is the base labor operation for this program. Codes B through H are additive to the base code and are to be used in combination.

You may be required to submit two claims for a vehicle. This will happen when you call the toll-free number (1-800-325-5621) to receive authorization for damaged engine service. It is important that authorization be received so that ACES II will accept the claim from the service provided by this bulletin and the claim for the service from the toll-free number.

When a second claim is authorized it must be submitted under this program and not under warranty.

Parts Requirements - Special Parts Ordering Instructions

A special parts ordering process is being implemented for this program because of the limited supply of cooler and hose assemblies.

You must call toll-free 1-800-325-5621 to order parts to service affected cars. Be prepared to provide the following information when making the call:

^ Caller's Name and Phone Number
