Rear

NOTE: Rear brake anti-lock sensor indicator toothed wheels must not be reused. Discard rear brake anti-lock sensor indicator toothed wheels after removal and replace with a new part.

1. Remove halfshaft.
2. Position two-jaw puller tool No. D80L-1002-L, or equivalent, on inboard CV joint stub shaft pilot bearing housing, with puller jaws under sensor indicator toothed wheel.
3. Turn wrench clockwise until sensor indicator toothed wheel is removed.
4. Position bearing cone replacer tool No. T89P-20202-A, or equivalent, on press bed with pilot up, then place sensor indicator toothed wheel on installation tool.
5. Insert CV joint stub shaft through toothed wheel and allow it to rest on toothed wheel.
6. Allow press ram to bottom out in inboard CV joint stub shaft pilot bearing housing and press until ring contacts CV joint step.
7. Install the halfshaft.
