- Key Off.

- Disconnect ICM.

- Measure the resistance from CKP+ jack to VPWR jack.

- Measure the resistance from CKP+ jack to PWR GND jack.

- Is each resistance greater than 10K ohms?

Yes -- REPLACE ICM.

No -- SERVICE CKP+ short circuit(s) in harness.
