JC8 - Check For C2 High at ICM - KOEO

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Measure voltage between (+)J55 (C2I) and (-)J7 (B-) at breakout box.

- Is DC voltage reading greater than 10.0 volts?

YES -- Go to JC9. JC9 - Check For C3 High at ICM - KOEO

NO -- CHECK connectors, SERVICE or REPLACE harness. C2 is open. REMOVE all test equipment. RECONNECT all components. Clear continuous memory. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
