JC7 - Check For C1 High at ICM - KOEO

- Key Off.

- Connect ICM tee to ICM and vehicle harness connector.

- DVOM on 40 volt DC scale.

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Measure voltage between (+)J53 (C1I) and (-)J7 (B-) at breakout box.

- Is DC voltage reading greater than 10.0 volts?

YES -- Go to JC8. JC8 - Check For C2 High at ICM - KOEO

NO -- CHECK connectors, SERVICE or REPLACE harness. C1 is open. REMOVE all test equipment. RECONNECT all components. Clear continuous memory. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
