JC36 - Check For C3 High at ICM - KOEO

- Key Off.

- Connect ICM tee to the ICM and vehicle harness connector.

- DVOM on 40 volt DC scale.

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Measure voltage between (+)J54 (LC3I) and (-)J7 (B-) at the breakout box.

- Is DC voltage reading greater than 10.0 volts?

YES -- GO to JC37. JC37 - Check For C4 High at ICM - KOEO

NO -- CHECK connectors, SERVICE or REPLACE harness. C3 is open. REMOVE all test equipment. RECONNECT all components. Clear continuous memory. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
