HE23 - Check For EGR Flow at Idle - EVR Solenoid Connector Off

NOTE: This test step isolates fault to either a mechanical or electrical fault.

- Key Off.

- Disconnect EVR solenoid vehicle harness connector.

- Run KOER Self-Test.

- Is KOER DTC 0402 output?

YES -- The KOER Self-Test has detected EGR flow at idle. GO to HE24. HE24 - Inspect EVR Vent For Plugging

NO -- GO to HE25. HE25 - Measure EVR Solenoid Coil Resistance
