- Observe Safe Fuel Handling Practices. Safe Fuel Handling Practices

- Use the Rotunda Injector Tester 113-00001, SBDS Injector Tester or equivalent to flow test the injectors according to the instructions for the injector tester.

- Is the flow rate for each Injector within specification?

YES -- VERIFY no other leaks. If none are found, REPLACE fuel pump assembly. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes

NO -- REPLACE the defective injector. RECONNECT all components. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes
