DH15 - Check TP Sensor Signal Low Versus the Engine Load
- Key On, Engine Running.
NOTE: If the vehicle is a No Start, go to Pinpoint Test Step A1. A - No Start Test
- Access TP PID and LOAD PID with the Scan Tool and record readings.
- Is the TP PID reading less than 4.90% (0.24 volts) and the LOAD PID reading greater than 60%?
YES -- CHECK for TP sensor loosely connected to the throttle body (screws not securely tightened down). SERVICE as necessary. COMPLETE PCM reset to clear DTCs. DRIVE vehicle exercising the throttle. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes
If Continuous Memory 1121 is now present, REPLACE MAF sensor.
