DH1 - KOEO and KOER DTC 1124: Check For Other DTCs



Key On Engine Off (KOEO) and Key On Engine Running (KOER) Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) 1124 indicates the Throttle Position (TP) sensor's rotational setting and signal are not in the Self-Test range of 13.23% to 24.02% (0.66 to 1.20 volts).

Possible Causes:
- Binding throttle linkage.
- TP sensor not seated properly (tightened down).
- Throttle plate/screw misadjusted.
- Damaged TP sensor.
- Damaged PCM.

- Check for DTC 1400 in KOEO or KOER Self-Test.

- Is KOEO or KOER DTC 1400 present with KOEO DTC 1124?

YES -- RETURN to Powertrain Diagnostic Trouble Code Charts, for DTC 1400. [1][2]Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Charts

NO -- Go to DH2. DH2 - DTC 1120: Check For Stuck TP Sensor or Throttle Linkage
