On-Board System Readiness Test

TEST DESCRIPTION

All On-Board Diagnostic II (OBD II) scan tools must display the On-Board System Readiness (OSR) test. The OSR will display the monitors on the vehicle and the status of all monitors (complete or not complete) at that time. If any monitor is not complete, the scan tools will identify which monitor has not completed.
