Power Steering Pressure Control Valve: Service and Repair

1. Remove windshield washer reservoir.
2. Disconnect electrical connector from actuator.
3. Disconnect return hose from power steering pump, then the pressure hose from the actuator.

4. Remove threaded actuator from power steering pump.

CAUTION: Flow control valve and spring may fall out.

5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque actuator to 25-34 ft lb.
