DB91 - Check PCM and Harness Connectors

- Key "OFF".

- Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Inspect for damaged or pushed out pins, corrosion, loose wires, etc on both the PCM and harness connectors.

- Are connector and terminals OK?

Yes -- For further diagnosis, refer to Diagnosis by Symptom (Diagnostic Routines). If the fault is not identified, then Clear continuous memory. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Refer to Emission Control Systems for EGR system diagnosis.

No -- Service as necessary. Clear continuous memory. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
