PGC2 - Check Grounds

- Key OFF.

- Install Breakout Box (leave PCM disconnected).

- Measure the resistance between BOB Test Pin GND and ground. Repeat for each BOB Test Pin GND to ground.

- Are the resistances less than 5 ohms?

Yes -- If sent here from EEC Pinpoint Test VREF or STO, or 4EAT Pinpoint Test VREF, Replace the PCM.

Otherwise, Return to Diagnostic Routines. Testing and Inspection

No -- Service the wire in question.
