Ball Joint: Testing and Inspection

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Move front wheel and tire assembly vertically while observing ball joint in lower control arm at bottom of steering knuckle.
3. If movement is detected between steering knuckle and control arm, ball joint should be replaced.
