STI2 - Check STI Wire to PCM For Short

- Key OFF.

- Install Breakout Box (leave PCM disconnected).

- Measure the resistance between BOB Test Pin STI and ground.

- Is the resistance greater than 10,000 ohms?

Yes -- Go to EEC Pinpoint Test STO. STO - Self Test Output

No -- Service the PCM STI wire for short.
