Radiator: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.2. Remove radiator pressure cap from filler neck.
3. Drain coolant.
4. Disconnect radiator upper and lower hoses from radiator inlet and outlet.
5. Disconnect overflow tube from filler neck.
6. Disconnect cooling fan wiring harness connector.
7. On models equipped with automatic transaxle, disconnect and plug cooler lines.
8. Remove radiator and cooling fan.
9. Remove fan shroud assembly.
10. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Torque fan and shroud retaining bolts to 48-60 in lb.
b. Torque radiator retaining bolts to 80-115 in lb.
c. Warm up engine to pressurize system, then check for leaks.
