Test Notes

Switch Monitor Test Equipment:

^ Switch Monitor Test checks signals from individual input switches to the 4EAT control module.

^ Procedure requires use of Ford test equipment or aftermarket equivalents.

NOTE: 4EAT self test codes are erased when the 4EAT control unit is disconnected from the vehicle wiring harness. Perform Quick Test before performing Switch Monitor Test.
