Component Tests and General Diagnostics

Speed Sensor:

Fluid level checking is accomplished by using the speed sensor gear as a dipstick.

1. Remove the speed sensor from the transaxle.
2. Wipe all traces of fluid from the gear and reinsert it in the transaxle.
3. If the oil is below the full mark, add as necessary.
