Brake Light Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then disconnect stop lamp switch electrical connector.
2. Remove stop lamp locknut, then the stop lamp switch.
3. Reverse procedure to install, adjust stop lamp switch by turning the switch until it contacts the brake pedal, then turn an additional half turn.
