Visual Inspection

Visual Inspection Chart:

1. Visually inspect the components of the cooling system.
2. Shake the wiring harness between the cooling fan and relays. Look for obvious shorts, opens or damage.
3. Make sure the air-conditioning system is working properly before proceeding.
4. Make sure the rest of the engine cooling system (radiator, thermostat, water pump, heater core, etc.) is working properly before proceeding.
