B1 - Check For Push Start ICM or CD ICM

^ Key off.

^ Connect DI diagnostic harness to EEC breakout box. connect B- lead to negative post of battery, and connect ICM tee to ICM and vehicle harness.

^ Make sure PIP OPEN/NORMAL/SPOUT OPEN switch on DI diagnostic harness is in normal position.

^ Use DI diagnostic overlay on breakout box.

^ Disconnect PCM.

^ Is ICM CCD or push start?

NOTE: Gray module-push start ICM
Black module-CCD ICM


Push Start -- Go to B2. B2 - Check For IDM Short High


CCD -- Go to B5. B5 - Check IDM Signal At Processor Connector
