^ Crank engine and measure voltage between J10 (SPOUT) and J7 (B-).

^ Is voltage between 3.0 end 8.5 volt. AC?


YES -- Go to A7. A7 - Check Coil PWR at Coil


NO -- Go to A15. A15 - Check For Spout In Harness
