Removal and Installation






1. Remove window regulator handle by unsnapping handle cover from base to expose retaining screw. Remove screw, window regulator handle and window regulator handle plate (manual windows).

Mirror, Rear View Switch:

2. Remove outside rear view mirror inside mounting hole cover retaining screw and remove rear view mirror mounting hole cover.

Driver Side Front Door Switch:

Passenger Side Front Door Switch:

3. Remove window regulator control switch (power window or power window/door lock retaining screws).
4. Remove 4 wiring connector screws from switch assembly.

Door, Front-Low Series:

Door, Front-High Series:

5. Remove all screws retaining front door trim panel to front door. Using Trim Pad Removing Tool from Rotunda Windshield and Moulding/Trim Removal Kit 1 07-R0401 or equivalent, pry front door trim panel retaining push pins from door inner panel.
6. Disconnect window regulator safety relay switch wiring. If equipped, disconnect courtesy lamp wiring connector and outside rear view mirror control wiring.
7. If front door trim panel is to be replaced, transfer all push pins, window regulator control switch and outside rear view mirror control to new front door trim panel. Replace any bent, damaged or missing push pins.
8. To install, reverse Removal procedure.
