Return the removed (from vehicle) electronic control unit, freight prepaid to:

CLEARLY MARK ON OUTSIDE OF BOX: PROGRAM 93B21

Wire tag the removed electronic control unit - include your:

- P&A Code
- Vehicle VIN Number
- Program 93B21

NOTE:
The Warranty Parts Return Center will not be issuing an FPS-700 for the return of these electronic control units. Therefore, return removed electronic control units immediately.

DEALER STOCK INSPECTION
Some Electronic Control Units, part number F1VY-2C219-A, in dealer stock may be defective. Dealers are requested to inspect the Electronic Control Units color:

If the color is black, no action is required. The Electronic Control Unit is good.

If the color is not black, and the part number label attached to the Electronic Control Unit is not F3AC-2C219-CA, the Electronic Control Unit must be removed from stock and returned for credit using a # 340 claim form.
