With Remote Keyless Entry

OPERATION
Voltage is applied to the dome switch, left and right door courtesy lamp switches, and vanity lamps at all times from the INST LPS Fuse.

When the dome light switch or either door courtesy lamp switch is closed, voltage is sent to the remote keyless entry module.

The remote keyless entry module then applies voltage to the left and right instrument panel courtesy lamps, door courtesy lamps, and door lock lamps via the 53 (BK/LB) circuit.

The remote keyless entry module also applies voltage to the dome/map lamps and vanity lamps via the 705 (LG/O) circuit.

When the console lamp switch is closed, the console lamp receives voltage from the remote keyless entry module via 54 (LG/Y) circuit.

The luggage compartment lamp receives voltage from the remote keyless entry module via circuit 707 (W/Y).

The remote keyless entry module is equipped with a battery saver feature. If the courtesy lamps are left on for approximately 45 minutes, the remote keyless entry module will remove power from the courtesy lamps. If the luggage compartment lamp is left on, voltage will not be removed from it until 90 minutes has elapsed.
