Electro-Vacuum Solenoid Tests

First check that all electrical and vacuum nipples are in place and that vacuum hoses and vacuum motors are functional. These tests must be conducted with a suitable vacuum source connected to the A/C source (black) vacuum line at the engine, and the ignition switch in RUN position. Verify that the cold engine blower lockout (CELO) feature is functional by performing the CELO tests as outlined.
